The brief

Our client helps high-net-worth individuals track everything they own, from property and art to watches, cars and boats, and link each asset to its insurance, location and beneficiaries.

Heading into launch, the marketing team needed a steady flow of premium content: weekly social videos, full campaign bundles from search ads to landing pages, and a help-centre video for every feature. A small team, one person per task and no video editor meant the design team carried most of the load.

What we built

01

An in-house Content Studio

A custom internal tool built on the client's own brand system. The team picks an image, graphic or video, follows a guided brief, and gets on-brand base assets made with Claude and Higgsfield. Designers receive layered Photoshop and After Effects files they can finish themselves.

02

Help-centre videos on autopilot

Every frame is the real app, but nobody touches the mouse. When the interface changes, the same script rebuilds a tutorial in about 15 minutes instead of a manual re-shoot. That matters across 360 help articles.

  1. Step 1 · RecordClaude reads the help article and clicks through the live app
  2. Step 2 · VoiceA consistent AI voice narrates each step
  3. Step 3 · EditZooms, cursor, step labels and title cards added in code
  4. Step 4 · CheckEvery spoken word verified against the script, captions generated

QuickCaptions only, for social
HandoverA three-step setup guide, so the team runs it without us
03

A team that runs it themselves

Hands-on sessions built around the team's own campaigns, from prompting and ideation for non-creatives to a full Claude and Higgsfield workflow. The marketing and design team now produce their own base assets, from social videos to campaign visuals.

The outcome

~15 minto rebuild a tutorial when the app changes
360help articles the video pipeline is built to cover
~50xmore content per week than before
2 peoplenow produce what used to need a full content team
